Karl has over 30 years of product engineering experience across many industries, including automotive, consumer products, and medical devices. He has been a leader at Griswold Engineering, Inc. – now Segula Griswold, Inc. – since 2010. Prior to that, he worked for 23 years at Johnson Controls, Inc. primarily in mechanism product engineering, serving as Chief Engineer for several years. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1985 and holds several patents.
John Flannery
Director of Engineering
John joined Griswold Engineering Inc. In 1999. He has been working in the automotive industry since 1985, when he customized vans and trucks. Since then, he has gained design and engineering experience with OEM seating, interior trim, controls, restraints, infotainment, and body structure. He is listed as co-inventor on several patents. He has gained an array of experience with manufacturing processes and advanced quality control planning.
Linnelle Nemcek
Senior Recruiter Consultant
Linnelle is a seasoned senior recruiter with 18+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. She recruits at Segula for both in-house CAD design engineers and nationally (for Segula clients) for various engineering discipline positions (primarily focused in the automotive industry). She has recruited for various industries including automotive engineering, aerospace, mortgage banking, and advertising. She graduated from Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
